Jackie graduated from the well renowned Derby college of Occupational Therapy in the mid-Eighties and has extensive experience encompassing most areas of occupational therapy including Social Services, acute in-patient NHS and Brain Injury Rehabilitation. Her most recent experience over the past seven years has been as a Senior Clinician within the Brain Injury Rehabilitation Trust where she was responsible for the assessment of the functional needs of clients with behavioural problems following acquired brain injury. These assessments were carried out within specialist units, at referring hospitals, care homes and within the greater community. Her caseload has included the management of complex patients with neurological disorders including acquired brain injury, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's disease and stroke.
