Christopher Simcox BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy MCSP. SRP
Following graduation from Keele University Chris gained experience at City Hospital Birmingham, undertaking both Junior & Senior rotational programmes, gaining experience in the core area's of physiotherapy and has now progressed to a senior grade. Currently he is working at City Hospital as a Senior Physiotherapist in acute Neuro-rehabilitation and general medical Rehabilitation. Additionally he participates in specialist clinics including spasticity management (Botox), Functional Electrical Stimulation (FES) and the provision of Thermoplastic splints and serial casting.
Chris's main interests are in the field of Neuro-rehabilitation, orthopaedics, care of the elderly and general rehabilitation. He has gained valuable experience in Brain Injury Rehabilitation whilst undertaking a senior rotation at the Brain Injury Rehabilitation Trust (BIRT).
